May Club Day Beach Ride - Sunday 11 May
Our May Club Day activity is a beach ride at Rabbit Island, departing the float carpark at the beach 1pm.
Should be a lovely ride.

Dressage and ShowCross Sunday 8 June 2025
Entries are now open for our popular Dressage and ShowCross event.
This event is being held at Rough Island Equestrian Park on Sunday 8 June 2025.
There are options to just do dressage, just jump, or do both. And you can do the dressage and jumping more than once.
ShowCross is a jumping course that includes cross-country and showjumps. The course is jumped as one phase/course. It's designed as a test of being able to bring your horse back from a bold cross-country pace to an accurate showjumping pace.
Jump heights 50cm, 70cm, and 90cm
Open to all ages but numbers are limited so get your entries in.
It's a great fun and supportive day.

Save the date - Labour Weekend 2025
The NZ Riding Clubs South Island Teams Event (SITE) has been resurrected and is being held in Kaiapoi on the 25-26th October (Labour Weekend) 2025. NRC will be supporting members who wish to participate in this fun teams event suitable for all levels. Find out more about the event by reading about the North Island (NITE) version below. Club Day Attendance
The Riding Club High Points trophy is awarded each year to the member (excluding committee members) who has attended the greatest number of club days. The club year runs from April/May to the following April/May depending on the date of the AGM.
